ABOUT US

Spencer Goff, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy

After losing his father to a completely preventable heart attack at the young age of 56 and through his journey in the health field Spencer has found a passion for Health and Wellness and has been able to discover strategies critical for getting people to attain, maintain, or regain their healthy self physically and mentally.

Are you aware that those genes that we received from our parents are not as hard wired as we were once told? You are actually able to upregulate and downregulate the genes that are expressed in our bodies. Furthermore, we have amazing systems in our bodies to fight the aging process and energy decline that most people feel as we age. We just need to turn the system back on, and this can be done with natural products.

On a more personal note perhaps you have seen my before and after pictures? I had always considered myself to be big my entire adult life, that is why I am so happy to finally have found a healthy lifestyle that has been effective for me as I have lost over 120 lbs in my journey. I am honored to be able to share what I have found in this area as well and help others that have struggled with their health/weight.

After working for many years with patients affected by stroke and seeing the devastation this causes for my patients and their loved ones, I am on a mission to help people prevent or at least decrease the likely hood of having major health issues. I am looking forward to facilitating your journey with you in any way that I can, whether that be on the cellular level to help you slow the aging process, or with your overall health (weight and/or mindset). Working on the previous ways of taking care of your health will greatly decrease the likelihood of your needing my assistance if heaven forbid you have a stroke and need therapy.

Spencer also has an interest in educating as many people as possible about the benefits of attaining, maintaining, or regaining their healthy self through cellular and biological pathways by activation and/or supplementation, and if necessary, help those in need transform back to a healthy weight and mindset.

After becoming a Neuro-IFRAH Instructor Spencer has had the honor of assisting Waleed Al-Oboudi, MOT, OTR/L, the originator of the Neuro-IFRAH® approach, with courses throughout the United States and Internationally. “Spencer Goff, PT Miracle Man

A little history: My husband suffered a stroke November, 2018. Was in ICU for a month, in a rehab facility for a week, back in the hospital again, in another rehab for a week, then back in the hospital again. At that time, with the assistance of a hospice facility, I took him home where he was confined to a hospital bed in our living room where he would spend the next 8 months, bringing us to August of 2019. When the hospice physician made a visit that month, she indicated my husband's health had greatly improved and suggested a physical therapist that would come to the home to see if my husband could become mobile. That was our turning point - Spencer Goff came into our lives.

Spencer got my husband to stand, then walk using a walker, then take steps without the walker - first 5 baby steps, then 10, then 15. Bottom line: we've been with Spencer for almost a year. A week ago, my husband played 18 holes of golf!!!

I cannot give enough praise regarding Spencer. He customizes activities relating to his specific clients' needs. He's creative, enthusiastic, patient and an all-around nice guy. I don't know where we would be at this time if it hadn't been for him.

On a personal note, our daughter is a single woman and on numerous occasions when he leaves our home after a session, my husband and I both say we wish our daughter would meet someone exactly like Spencer.
